Booking contracts are formed directly between the guest and the pub owner. PubDigs facilitates the introduction only and is not a party to any booking agreement. Guests and pub owners are responsible for ensuring all details are accurate before confirming a booking.
Payment arrangements are made directly between the guest and the pub owner. PubDigs does not process payments and takes no commission on bookings. Any disputes regarding payment should be resolved directly between the guest and the pub owner.
Cancellation policies are set by individual pub owners and vary by listing. Guests should review the cancellation policy before confirming a booking. To cancel or amend a booking, contact the pub directly. PubDigs is not responsible for any losses arising from cancellations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PubDigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any accommodation booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
